Two America's...

We have One America that lives by the paycheck calendar; another that never has to look at the calendar before writing a check.

One America that's afraid it won't be able to leave its children a better life; another whose children are already set for life.

One America - middle-class America - long forgotten by Washington; and another America - narrow-interest America - whose every wish is Washington's command.

What of the 3rd world America? It is easy to figure out. Price a hamburger at a fast food restaurant vs. making one at home. This comparison is shocking. One only has to do the math. The franchise then makes a large profit, which leads to your 2 America's. I could go on and on. I leave with only one question, of the billions of dollars raised by American's for American's after Katrina, why are there over 12,000 homeless families living in the ruins left by Katrina, where did the money go????
